#candid 100 Perspectives

To celebrate Singapore’s Year of the Woman in 2021 SwedCham embarked on a project to capture a wide array of perspectives on gender equality in Singapore. By gathering over 100 different perspectives from men and women from all generations and diverse walks of life, we collected an inspirational range of insights that showcased how much our perceptions around this issue are shifting.

We are extremely proud of this multi-award winning initiative that led to the #DoubleUp pledge, where 28 companies in Singapore doubled paternity leave for their employees, as a gesture toward creating a more gender-equal workplace.
